Ghanaians LOVE Obama!  It makes sense . . . he is living every Africans’ dream, which is to immigrate to America and become wealthy.  The funniest thing is that there are Obama themed items sold in market from notebooks, to underwear, to book bags.  You name it they have put Obama’s face or name on it.  Many times when meeting a boy they will introduce themselves as Obama as a joke or they will tell me their real name and ask “Do you know my brother?”  I’ll answer, “Who’s your brother?”  “Barack Obama” they will exclaim!
